Broccoli soup with broccoli sprouts

Ingredients

for 4 persons

500 gr broccoli
Handful of broccoli sprouts
0.5 red pepper
1 ltr (chicken) stock
Olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
125 ml sour cream
Salt

Preparation
Peel and chop the onion and finely chop the garlic and red pepper. Sauté this in a little olive oil. Cut the broccoli into pieces (including the stalk), wash it and add it to the onions. Add a litre of (chicken) stock and cook the broccoli for about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Break the bread into
