Oatmeal with mango, coconut yog and alfalfa


For 2 persons

100 g oatmeal
150 ml coconut milk
300 ml of water
Pinch of salt
Optional: maple syrup to taste

For the toppings

250 g mango, diced
4 tbsp coconut yog
2 tufts of alfalfa


  1. Add the oats, coconut milk, water and a pinch of salt to a pan and bring to the boil. When it boils, you can turn the heat to low to medium-high. Let it simmer gently for 7-8 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
  2. Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and serve each bowl with half the mango, two tablespoons of coconut yog and the alfalfa.
